I design and deliver custom workshops for teachers, in anything related to English teaching and learning. You can keep my materials after the event. For some ideas, see below - but every workshop is bespoke to you and your context.

I will work with you and your department(s) to review and refresh your English curriculum. This can be as small or as large a change as you need: I can advise across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, and for assessment across all exam boards. Outputs range from outline pathways for progression and Schemes of Work, to more detailed lesson planning and supporting resources. All materials will be bespoke to you and your context.

I am happy to deliver 2-hour workshops on assessment in English to PGCE or SCITT cohorts. I do not charge a fee for these beyond my travel expenses, but my availability is limited. I can work with you to ensure the content is appropriate for where trainees are in the year.

All services are charged using a fair and transparent structure. Costs depend on the length of the workshop or event, plus time for planning and resource creation. For in-person work, the only additional cost(s) will be for train travel to the venue, and overnight accommodation if needed (anywhere that is beyond 2.5 hours of travel time from Norwich) and will be agreed before booking. PGCE/SCITT visits only incur travel costs.

I am very conscious that it is necessary to spend education budgets wisely, so my rates are reasonable and I can be flexible with workshop timings and design. Use the Contact page above to get in touch and I'll let you know how I can help.
